Vegetal Solutions is committed to protecting your privacy and personal data.



In accordance with the applicable personal data protection legislation, the purpose of this privacy policy is to explain how Vegetal Solutions will collect, process, protect and potentially share your personal data. This privacy policy also sets out your rights and how to exercise them.



Definitions



Controller: The person or entity who determines the purpose and processing means for your personal data.



Applicable Personal Data Protection Legislation: Refers to Directive 2002/58/CE and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter the ‘GDPR’) as well as all delegation acts and implementation acts adopted due to the GDPR and all member state laws citing the provisions of the aforementioned GDPR.



Processor: The person or entity who processes the personal data on behalf, under the instructions and under the authority of the controller.



Vegetal Solutions: SAS Vegetal Solutions and all of its affiliated companies.



Personal Data: All data that may directly or indirectly identify an individual.

The Personal Data obtained through the Website are processed by Vegetal Solutions, an SAS (limited liability company) with equity of €160,042.96, entered in the Nantes company & trade register, acting in its capacity as Controller.

Categories of collected Personal Data categories

Your rights



In accordance with current legislation, you have the following rights over your Personal Data:



Right to access: You have the right to request access to your Personal Data.



Right to rectification: You have the right to request that your Personal Data be rectified if they are incorrect or incomplete.



Right to erasure (right to be forgotten): You have the right to request that your Personal Data be erased, subject to one of the conditions set out by the GDPR being met. However, the Controller may refuse your request or keep some of your Personal Data in order to comply with certain legal obligations.

Right to data portability: You have the right to ask to receive in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format the Personal Data you have supplied to the Controller in order to provide those data to another Controller. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority for the member state in which you live.

Retention period



The Controller may retain your Personal Data only for the time required to perform the processing for which the data was provided or to meet its legal obligations.



Data transfer outside the European Economic Area (EEA)



The Controller may need to transfer your Personal Data to a country outside the EEA which has legislation that provides a different level of protection for your Personal Data. If your Personal Data are transferred outside the EEA, that transfer will be performed only after the receiving party has signed the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission. Those clauses provide guarantees for Personal Data transfers and are used by the Controller to secure the transfer and comply with the data protection legislation.
