Step 1

Make an edamame hummus by blending the edamame, yoghurt, garlic, lemon juice, sunflower oil and mint.

Step 2

For the buns, divide the dough into 110 g balls. Spread the edamame hummus inside. Place a semi-dried tomato slice and two avocado strips on top and fold the dough over to cover.

Step 3

Brush the buns with yolk and sprinkle with black sesame seeds. Bake at 200°C in a moist oven for 15 minutes.
