Lamb keftas with apricots


Ingredient :

500g minced lamb

150g semi-dried Soleden® apricots

2 cloves of garlic, peeled and crushed

1 chopped onion (150g)

1 bunch of fresh and chopped coriander

Oriental spice mix, salt, peppers

Practical info :

Quantity : 4 people (8 keftas)

Preparation : 45 min

Baking : 30 min

Difficulty : facile

Step 1 :

Mix together the lamb, onion, garlic, spices and half the coriander. Season with salt and peppers to suit your taste.

Step 2 :

Make up 8 meatballs with the lamb preparation, and build up the keftas, alternating a meatball with a semi-dried apricots.

Step 3 :

Cook the keftas with oil in a frying pan at low heat until they are cooked and glazed. Sprinkle the rest of the coriander over the keftas.
